Hello all,

I've recently started working with a good agency in all respects... except that they work with Across crossWeb, and it's been giving me trouble.

Currently, I am trying to use the "preview target" function, but I get the following error message:

"crossAPI was not configured correctly. Please contact your system administrator to solve the problem. Code: 500"

I've been trying to find a way to fix it but have had no luck so far.

Hello Andrea,

sorry for late answer, but in case you haven't found solution yet: actually you really should contact your agency (and their administrator), because this is a configuration problem on server side.
You are not able to fix it anyhow.
