To all who replied:

Thank you so much for your ideas and recomendations, I have a lot of useful information now. Maybe writing "similar to Trados" was not the most elegant solution because it seems that it let to a few misunderstandings, anyway I did not really want necessarily a Trados Clon, it was just the only software I knew.
