I can still pay my bills.

[Edited at 2014-07-21 11:34 GMT]

I got a proofreading job that pays $0.0075 per word Aug 16, 2014

And within 3 minutes that job was claimed by someone else. This means a lot of people are willing to take peanut jobs.

it is a marketing document. The one who claimed the job could be a college sophomore. I wonder what the effect will be if her proofed version is to be directly published.

The practices of some agencies are killing the business of their clients.
