Having problems with brackets and full stops in Memoq Pro

Dear Colleagues

Recently I worked on a large word document to translate it from English to Arabic. The target file had all the brackets () inverted as )( also the full stops were not placed close to the final word. This is a repeated problem for me!
I had to change these errors manually. Some were easy to be done, and others were hard.
Does any body have recommendations to overcome this tiresome problem?
