Hello!
Client sent me a .mqxliff file (originally a .ppt) and asked me to translate and return the exported .mqxliff + the translated .ppt.
OK.
I opened the .mqxliff in Trados, translated it. But when I export, I can only export as .mqxliff.
And if go to Save Target As, again I can only save it as .mqxliff.
Please, how can I save the translation as a .ppt?
Thanks!

Open it in memoQ...

... and save it as a ppt from there. Studio has no idea how to convert a converted ppt in memoQ back to the ppt. Similarly if you opened a ppt converted to SDLXLIFF in memoQ you would not be able to save the pppt without sending the SDLXLIFF back to Studio first.
If your client sent you an MQXLIFF then they should be able to do this for you.
Regards
Paul

Just create a project first (no open document approach here), add the memoQxliff file to it and then open the Project. This takes you to a files view where you can select the file, right-click and choose "Export dialog"... or something like that!

Thanks again Paul!
But the Export button seems to be greyed out!
What can it be? Also, when i import the file to memoQ, it shows Progress 0%/0%...
Thanks!

If the obvious...

... which would be to make sure the file is selected, is not helping then I recommend you post your question into the memoQ forum.
I'm sure they'll be able to sort you out.
