MQXLIFF in MQOUT

Is the MQXLIFF file format in MQOUT packages exactly the same as the one that I get when I create an XLIFF from a memoQ project myself (while not using the Generic XLIFF switch)?

In other words: when I translate this MQXLIFF in another CAT tool, can I import it in memoQ via Update > From bilingual?

And one last question: How are termbases integrated in MQOUT packages? (This one didn't have a termbase included.)

Looks like this route works (extracting the XLIFF from the memoQ package directly). Got no errors when importing my translation:
