I am unable to find or use a bilingual spell checker

I translate to and from Norwegian but have never been able to use a Norwegian spell checker. Of course I have searched the various online fora on the subject but can find very little. Have also consulted computer experts and they all think they know the answers, but are always wrong.
Is there a separate software that I can buy and, if so, who to contact?

I don't have a specific solution for you, but you haven't exactly laid out the problem clearly, so I guess we're even. What about MS Word? It has a Hungarian spell checker, I can't imagine that they left out Norwegian. And then there is openoffice/libreoffice, which must also have a Norwegian spell checker. What have you done to get these working and how did it fail?
