Возможно, я не очень понял суть проблемы. Но если у вас есть исправленный документ с исправлениями, отмеченными в "track changes", в memoQ в настройках Edit -> Go To Next -> Settings -> Status -> Other properties есть флажок Change Tracked.

Если установить этот флажок, то, насколько я понимаю, при проверке файла и по нажатии Ctrl+Enter в проверенном сегменте вы должны будете переходить только на сегменты, которые были исправлены с использованием "track changes", а все остальные сегменты будут проигнорированы. ▲ Collapse
