Simultaneous scrolling in Trados Studio stopped working

Simultaneous scrolling of source and target stopped working in Trados Studio 11. Now I have to move source and target separately during translation, reading through or searching. Can anyone help?

I have the same problem now with Trados Studio 2015.
But I can not fix it: In View ribbon, I don't see any possibility of checking "Autoscroll Source Document"

Can you help me please?
