SDL MultiTerm 2011 "Case sensitive"

Hi there,
I am using SDL trados 2011 and my query is that Term Recognition does not really work.

Firstly it does not always appear i.e it apprears in the first segment but it does not appear in the second segment for the same term.

Secondly it does not appear due to case sensitive. I cannot figure out how to to sort it out.

I appreciate any suggestion to resolve the issue.

Tools > Options > Autossugest Mar 27, 2015

If you tick on the check box "Case sensitive" at Tools > Options > Autossugest, remove it and check again.
