Studio 2014 and file locations

In order to summarize for the developers (if they care) Aug 8, 2015

There are (at least) 2 distinct problems with file locations in Trados.

1. The default locations are not very friendly for persons having a rational approach to storing their files.
2. The choice or an alternative (if possible) can easily be overlooked because you are not prompted (though you regularly are in Trados for trifles).

Once your project is misplaced, you lose precious minutes to fix up.
