Studio 2014 license has deactivated itself, cannot reactivate!

Studio 2014 FL Plus (upgraded from 2011).

I had 2014 set up, activated and running normally. Yesterday, after a computer restart (I usually just have it on sleep when not in use), instead of launching the software, I get the licensing dialog, telling me that the software is "not licensed". Trying to (re-)enter my license key elicits the response that the license cannot be activated because it is "already in use on another computer". My Account tells me one activatio... See more

I had 2014 set up, activated and running normally. Yesterday, after a computer restart (I usually just have it on sleep when not in use), instead of launching the software, I get the licensing dialog, telling me that the software is "not licensed". Trying to (re-)enter my license key elicits the response that the license cannot be activated because it is "already in use on another computer". My Account tells me one activation is in use, but I have only ever activated it on the single machine where it is now saying that it is not licensed. There are no numbered or coded error messages, just what I've described above: was active, licensing dialog says not licensed My but Account says I have it activated, cannot reactivate.
Anybody else have similar problems?

Use the solution finder Apr 21, 2014

Go to the Knowledgebase;

Pick the correct route for you and if appropriate you will be presented with a form that you can fill in to generate a support request and you will be contacted, normally within a day.

Also make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
