Hello, After working several years with Trados, suddenly I am having different problems. SDL Trados Studio 2014 is running on Windows 7.
1. When I try to save a translation the following error message is displayed: Failed to save bilingual as: Access to the path 'C:\Users\(User name)\AppData\Local\Temp\SDLTempFileRegen\xxx.log' is denied.
2. When I try to start a new project the following error message is displayed as soon as the batch operation 'Convert to translatable format" begins: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
I followed all the steps mentioned in KB #4984 about resetting the window layout renaming BaseSettings.xml, Plugincache.xml and UserSettings.xml and repairing via the Control Panel.
I also uninstalled SDL Trados Studio 2014 and installed again. But to no avail.
