Trados 2014 bad alignment of EN-uszh-cn

I run alignment between EN source and Chinese target and want to get a new TM but the result was really useless. Most of them were mismatched. I find the reason is one of the English segment breaks is colon ":" which in Chinese is not.
Is there somewhere to set the segmentation Rules of alignment? I change colon rule in the segmentation Rules of TM or even delected it but it doesn't work.

Is there any solution?
