Studio 2014 embedded object in xml files

Hi,

Does somebody know how to change embedded html-objects in xml files into "normal" tags, so that they can be identified as normal tag features in the xliff-file? F.e. bold gets bold tag and not the bold description? The information at the help of studio 2014 is not clear to me.
