Activate and deactivate Studio 2009

Hello,

I have a new computer (the old computer is still in my network for a week maybee).

I was possible to activate and deactivate Studio 2011 + 2014. But not Studio 2009. It is possible to force a return on my account?
Do you need my IP address?

In Studio 2009 you can return your license through the license manager. As you've got it running on another machine, you can do it there.

There's a video in KB article 1349 that will take you through the process:

In that case you need to contact SDL. They still provide licensing support for Studio 2009.
Go to http://kb.sdl.com/
Click the Solution Finder tab and work your way through the tree, starting with "licensing problems".
If the KB article under "I need instructions on how to deactivate..." doesn't work for you, then click "I need to have my license reset".

It is loading and loading and impossible to access to the formular.

It does only accept certain browsers!!! It had the same problem and could only get the formular on my old laptop (working with Windows XP and IE 9.0, I think).
