Hello,
Does anyone of you has the experience of grading from trados 2007 to Studio with Frame Maker legacy documents nad memories ? from earlier mode (working via RTF o TTX) to Studio mode (direct) ?
The management of FM tags by Studio (FM tags for conditional texts in particular) is different so the same document woth 100% matching in Trados 2007 (translated via RTF or TTX format) can lose between 20 and 40% of matching after upgrading the Translation memory to Studio.
Thank you for any help you can give me; I'm working with the update process of many documents in several languages (more than one millon words in total) and the cost of property for Studio is extreme because of the loss mentionaed earlier.
