I would like to send a MultiTerm database as a single file in an email. However, when I go to the folder where my termbases are saved, I see many different files. How do I save termbases as a single file or at least as as few files as possible so that I don't have to upload many file in the attachment of my email just for 1 database.
Thanks.

You can't save as a single file...

... but you can just send the *.SDLTB file. The rest are just index files and these will be recreated by the user when they access the *.SDLTB.

... you create an XTD file and a MultiTerm XML file and send those. These will allow whoever you send them to, to recreate the termbase with the XTD and then import the XML. The XTD is the termbase definition and the XML contains all the data.
This may well be better if the termbase you are sharing is massive!
