Trouble connecting to SDL Language Cloud

Hello,

I have been trying for the past week to connect to SDL Language Cloud in order to use the trial version with Trados Studo 2014, but this error message keeps coming up:

Impossible to download the file or assembly Newtonsoft.Json



Any idea how to solve this?

... confirm if you are also using MyMemory?

If you are can you try uninstalling it for now and trying again? We think there is a conflict with a version of a file being used in both Studio and the MyMemory plugin.
