Do you know if there is a resource within Studio (I'm using 2014 SP2) which permits clicking over a word or phrase and going directly to a search in Google? Such resource would be quite in hand for me.

If you already have got AutoHotkey installed in your machine, you can use the following script.
Just select the word(s) in Studio (or any application) and press the key combination WINDOWS+g.
