[Urgent] Trados Studio 2014: Error in saving *.ITD file.

Hello,

I have tried to solve this issue for several days. but I can't

I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2014(SP2 insatlled) and handling ITD files.

When I finished translation and save it as ITD file type format, the below error occurred.
I have re-installed Studio 2014 and my other 2 PC have same issue.

File -> Save Target As -> Select File Type :SDL Edit Document
then, Error message pop-up like this.

I submitted a support request to SDL support system today, but didn't get any response yet.

I also just asked support team about that with some detail captured files.

I will share the solution if I get answer from them.

Found the solution Mar 1, 2015

I still didn't get any response from Trados support team, but I think I found a solution.

You can save it when there is no Korean character in the designated file name and path. For example, C:\

It works well for me, please try it on your computer. Hope it would solve your problem!

I changed target directory paths which has no Korean characters and I found It works !!!
