Off topic: Slow Translation Memory

We have a Translation Memory of 150'000 translation Units. The Problem is that auto suggest during the translation process is very slow. We changed the translation memory speed in options to maximum. In addition, we changed the setting so that only matches of at least 99% come up. However, auto suggest is still slow. Is there anything more we can change or do to speed it up?
