I have MT 2009 SP3 8.5 When I click on F3 all I get is a new blank page and it is impossible to add anything. What can i do to get a proper input screen? I can import XLS sheets through MT convert, but whenever I reimport an updated sheet, MT creates duplicate entries.

Do you also get an error message or a Java prompt asking you for some confirmation? A blank form looks familiar to me and sounds like one of the well-known Java compatibility problems. Did you recently update Java?

Yes, I was initially, but I have applied the fixes, rebooted, etc. The Java prompt has disappeared, but F3 only still displays a blank screen! Mind you, it could be a silent error...
