Failed to save target content. Bookmark tag

When I try to save target as a wordfile in Studio 2014, I get the attached error message "Failed to save target. Missing bookmark start tag with name. Cannot overwrite to Word."
For a while there it saved fine but not anymore. I searched and tried several things, among them locking the segment and doing an open and repair in Word. But no luck.
Hope someone can help
