Unable to search TM - invalid TU (Studio 2014)

Error pops up: "An error occurred when searching the Translation Memory. The TM may contain invalid Translation Units."

I also recently had trouble analyzing files during a project setup using the same TM.

If it is indeed an invalid unit causing the error, how to I find and fix it?

As a first measure, do a reorganize Oct 8, 2015

I suggest you reorganize your TM to see if that solves the problem.
If it does not, export the contents, create a new TM and reimport everything.

Thanks for the suggestions Walter.

Is reorganizing the same as the "Re-index" function under TM Settings?
If so, I got another error trying to do so: "Specified cast in not valid."

I'll now try exporting and recreating the TM...
