Hi everybody,
I received a package from a client and when I open it a window popps up that reads "The translation provider (..) could not be opened and has been disabled."
I could open the file but not the memory.
The language pair is different from the one I use. I don't know if that is relevant.
It seems that is an online memory, any ideas?

In order to assist you further, could you please provide a six digit order number for your Studio license.

You can find the order number on invoice or in your SDL online account/orders/order history
