Unable to return 2009 licence

Hi,
I have been using Studio 2014 for some time now, but still have Studio 2009 installed on my desktop & laptop.
As I want to make more use of AutoSuggest, I need to deactivate Studio 2009 so that AutoSuggest will reassign itself to 2014.
In my Licence area, it states that the Studio 2009 licence is inactive as it has been superseded by the newer licence. If I click "Return Licence", I encounter the problem experienced by Mervy... See more

If I use the Licence Manager function, I get an error message "Cannot perform support actions on inactive entitlement line item..."
