Good morning to all,

I hope this e-mail finds you well. I was hoping somebody could shed some light on an issue I'm facing with SDL Trados 2015. I just can't open project packages received from a client because Trados says that apparently a project is still running on the background. I haven't figured out what's going on with that. Perhaps one of the experienced users in this forum could help me out...that would be greatly appreciated.
