Changing language pair in TM

I have a TM (Studio 2011) for the IT>ENUK language pair which I would like to use for an IT>ENUS project. Studio 2011 will not let me. Is there a way of changing the language combination of the TM I have (to IT>ENUS)so that I can use it for my IT>ENUS project? Thank you for your suggestions.
