Help with adding a new custom segmentation rule

Hello. Just received a very very large Excel file to translate. However, large portions of content were bunched up into unique cells. I'd like to optimize the segmentation in order to get a better idea of the repeats and take advantage of the repeats obviously. What the client has done here is they have separated bullet points by a vertical bar. How can I tell Studio 2015 to segment every time it sees this vertical bar? Here's an example of a cell... Keep "anything" before and after the break character as per her instructions, but instead of adding "tab" from the dropdown list in the middle field (Break cha... See more

Hi Emma:

Thank you so much for pointing to this point. It does seem like this may do the trick... However, I am just now getting a totally different message when I go to Language Ressources

All it says is:
Specify language resources to use when no translation memories have been specified.

Under it it says:

Language Resources with a box next to it indicating in brackets Default Language Resources with a browse button on the right.

I have inserted a TM in the project and I've tried other projects and they're all showing this.

I have no access whatsoever to the Segmentation Rules.

Do you have any idea what have gone wrong. I used to be able to play around the rules.
