Hi Guys,
Hope someone can help me. I had a problem with Windows 10 Pro earlier in the year - complete system crash. This, however, also resulted in my Trados Freelance extra license crashing with that computer. I wonder if someone might happen to know how one deactivates a license offline that was residing on a now-defunct computer. I tried the "Offline Deactivation Certificate" page but - I believe - that this only a viable option if you actually have access to the Trados software you are attempting to deactivate. Any help/advice much appreciated!
