Eror message - the context list is null

Hello
I work with Trados Studio 2014. I am finishing a large project (Powerpoint presentation).
I have just done the usual 'generate target translation' in batch task, to find to error messages: 'the context list is null. Could not get the last child'.
I am stuck and I don't want / and don't have the time to - to retype everything in Powerpoint as there are 40,000 words!
Any ideas or advice would be highly appreciated,
