Agencias españolas trabajando con no residentes?

Soy una traductora viviendo en EEUU (antes estuve en España durante unos años). Quiero saber si alguien sabe si las agencias de traducción trabajan con personas viviendo en la extranjera o si normalmente solo utilizan residentes de España con NIE o NIF.

si, pero con certificado de residencia fiscal Apr 15, 2014

Tambien vivia en Espana y ahora en EEUU. He conseguido mantener mis clientes de Espana obteniendo un certificado de residencia fiscal en EEUU (IRS form 6166) para mostrar que no hace falta cobrar ni IVA ni IRPF. Ojo - que IRS puede tardar meses y meses en emitir el certificado!!!
