I'm not too sure, but since it refers to "no installation", I'm guessing it means that the "single file" itself is the program and all you have to do to use it is to copy it to your hard disk.

Wordfast was the program that first came to my mind when I read your question, since it comes in a single file that is the program itself... well, the previous version did, I think the most recent one is more complicated? Anyway, that was my interpretation... |
