the word solution is translated as "hal" in several specialized popular publications, so it can be used, but that depends on the target audience, whether they are familiar with it or not.
'nezam' can be used insted.
Elements should be translated as 'mokawenat' and not 'anaser' because it means here the part that the system is consisting of.
