Within a dictatorial society governed by the Nietzschean Ostrog we discover such technological wonders as powered flight...

I've got 2 questions:
Ostrog (couldn't find it at all)
French translation of "Nietzschean" (only "de Nietzsche"?)

Merci!

Emanuela Galdelli: 6:35pm Mar 13, 2004: Could he be simply a Nietzschean character? -
Emanuela Galdelli: 7:20pm Mar 13, 2004: Just an idea for all: and if he talked about a "small fortress", like that of Ostrog, in Montenegro? "Small fortress" is the meaning of ostrog in Ukranian. A small fortress in which a dictator lives could be possible? Am I wrong? -
Emanuela Galdelli: 7:23pm Mar 13, 2004: See this link: http://www.hum.huji.ac.il/CJA/Architecture/Ostrog/0/place.ht... , under "History". Sure, they talk about princes, not dictator, but it could be an idea. -
Emanuela Galdelli: 7:23pm Mar 13, 2004: Sorry, Ostrog in Ukraine. ;( -

Ostrog (H G Wells character)
Erklärung:
Ostrog is a character of "when the sleeper wakes" (1899) by HG Wells.
"He heard the man beside him exclaim “Ostrog,” and turned to ask a question. But he never did, because of the startled exclamation of another of those who were with him and a lank finger suddenly pointing. He looked, and behold the aeropile that had been rising from the flying stage when last he had looked in that direction, was driving towards them. The swift steady flight was still novel enough to hold his attention. "
