Jacques Bermond: Une propriété me semble un terme plus générique que résidence (l'endroit où l'on réside) et donc mieux convenir pour traduire "estate home" (c'est-à-dire un terrain et une demeure).

Erklärung:
je dirais plutôt résidence, car on parle de "home", pas seulement de l"estate" - d'une "million-dollar-estate home"- sinon j'aurais été d'accord avec "propriété" comme traduction.
