Major duties
Manages the Outer Banks Group (Cape Hatteras and Wright Brothers) revenue and fee program. This involves managing a pricing structure, marketing, earnings, accounting, spending, paying expenses associated with collection, program reporting, profit/loss analysis, etc. The incumbent develops and tracks operating budget associated with the fee collection program; serves as project coordinator for the park responsible for the design/construction projects funded through the Fee Demonstration Program; develops long-range goals and workplans for Revenue and Fee Program; directs audit program of fee collections, project expenditures, etc. Serves as supervisor to the staff involved in revenue and fee operations and associated activities. Assigns work, establishes priorities, evaluates performance, initiates requests for personnel actions, takes disciplinary actions, etc. |
