je ne saisis pas très bien la différence (je ne suis pas une pro de la compta...), pour moi "discounted cash flow" c'est Actualisation des Flux de Trésorerie, qu'en est-il dans ce cas de "actual cash flow"? voici le contexte :
The Payback period is calculated on a dual dimension:
actual Cash Flow and Discounted Cash Flow.
The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is calculated on Pre-Finance Pre-Tax Cash Flow basis as well as Pre-Finance Post-Tax Cash Flow basis. The Corporate Tax rate used is 25%.
