For store manager and *assistant manager* a DSM has a range they should stick to when both recruiting and amending pay.
To use these documents observe the following points:
• Find the store you are looking on the Salary Band document – note the band and the sales turnover
• Refer to the store pay structure look at either the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
• Follow the turnover and band to where they meet
• Your range is the ‘minimum’ to the ‘DSM’
Colleagues
The Store Pay Structure also tells you what your colleagues and Third key are entitled to this is dependent upon age and salary band.
