Weiß jemand, wie ich *annuity callable bonds* übersetzen muss? Ich habe für *annuity bonds* die Übersetzung *Annuitätenanleihe* und für *callable bonds* *Tilgungsanleihe* oder *Optionsanleihe*.
Kennt jemand für beides zusammen im Deutschen einen gängigen Ausdruck?
Kontext:
The mortgage bonds are covered and therefore secured by loans on real property. Mortgage bonds are issued in two basic types: • 10 to 30-year fixed-rate, *annuity callable bonds*
• The underlying loans are typically amortised in accordance with the annuity principle and are redeemable at nominal value prior to maturity at any coupon payment date. • The bonds are therefore callable.
