Description/object of the job: Development of new elements of the contract strategy of the XXX system with over 200 health insurance companies with special consideration of the liberalization of the law of contracts introduced by the law for modernizing the statutory health insurance (GKV – modernization law – GMG) as well as against the background of the introduction of morbidity-adjusted compensation systems in in-patient (Diagnosis Related Groups - DRG) and out-patient (normal benefits volume - RLV) care.
