The terms of this Agreement and all information that one Party has received or will received from the other Party to this Agreement about the service, system, configuration, codebase and other technical and commercial matters is proprietary and confidential, including any information marked as “confidential” or which should be reasonably understood to be confidential, including reference manuals, support materials, or logs or reports provided or compiled hereunder, shall not be used or disclosed to a third party without express written permission during the Term of this Agreement or for 36 months thereafter. |
