“Dry-Packing” is a process used in the semiconductor industry to help prevent the moisture from building up the in the devices (which leads to cracking and breaking). I believe this often involves “baking” the components, then using a special vacuum to remove any excesses moisture or air.
Question 60 asks “With which of the following services and solutions you have experience” – labeling, laser- marking, dry-packs, etc. These are all services offered that provide “physical value” added to the products.

Dry packing is the process of putting moisture-sensitive plastic surface-mount devices in moisture-resistant bags or moisture barrier bags (see Fig. 1) to prevent them from absorbing moisture from the atmosphere. Moisture ingress into plastic packages can result in popcorn cracking during board mounting. Popcorn cracking refers to package cracking caused by abrupt vaporization of internal package moisture.
