Ho riletto la frase prima di quella riportata.. lui ci sta mettendo un sacco di impegno per rispettare i suoi impegni.. le condizioni e i dubbi sono della frase successiva:
<<.. that, to ensure proper control of the project is maintained, GD put forward a package that details the overall programme for the scheme, inclusive of all direct contractors employed (and which needs urgent clarification from all of the above) their required project management fee, preliminary costs and overheads and profit requirement for such an arrangement to be put in place.
I am currently putting a great deal of though into the provision of such a package but it is essential that answers are given to all of the above areas so as to properly prepare a workable programme that fits in with all concerned..

Il problema per me viene con 'provision', che al singolare significherebbe 'fornitura' o simili (the activity of supplying or providing something), mentre mettendolo al plurale, che a me suona meglio (anche qui il testo potrebbe avere un typo) significa 'condizioni' (a stipulated condition; "he accepted subject to one provision"). Quindi:
'In questo momento sto valutando/considerando/riflettendo attentamente sulla fornitura (o sulle condizioni!) del pacchetto in questione (offerta, suppongo...).
Buon lavoro a tutti, e che il caldo non ci fonda il cervello...
