Jest to metalowy element (komponent endoprotezy kolana), w ktorym zamocowywana jest polietyelnowa plytka (ta polietyelnowa plytka funkcjonuje jak łąkotka, pytalam o nia w poprzednim pytaniu, jest to bearing plate lub tribial insert).
"Tibial tray" (lub tibial base plate) zamocowuje sie dalej w kosci piszczelowej.

"Tibial Components: A XXX Mobile Bearing Posteriorly Stabilized (PS) tibial bearing insert is assembled intraoperatively to the XXX Mobile Bearing tibial tray.
Tibial inserts are available in a range of thicknesses and feature raised tibial eminence for increased anterior/posterior constraint and resistance to posterior subluxation. The tibial tray features a waffled surface texture."
