On enable the Fire Panel generates trouble events corresponding to the current status. Note that events are not latched during disable so if a City Tie trouble came and went during disable no trouble will be generated when the enable is done.
The Fire Panel changes the status of city-tie depending upon presence of status events as described by the Report Event use case.
For example, if alarms are currently present in the Alarm Event Log the city tie will immediately report them.
