Christina Moreira: 2:04pm Jun 20, 2008: Oi, Flávio. O texto é da área de telecomunicações e é a primeira vez que essa abreviatura aparece, mas o contexto que eu tenho é:
"Typically, the analysis includes billing audits and facility audits to identify “dark T1s” in the network to be disconnected and identifies inefficient BTS transport designs to appropriate DS-3 hubs."
Eu acho que a sugestão do Vittorio é a correta, mas vou aguardar mais um pouco, a partir da inclusão desse contexto maior para ver se alguma coisa se altera.
