Eu preciso de ajuda com a sigla acima. Contexto:
"When was the last time you washed your hands for the full 20 seconds that the national Centers for Disease Control suggests? Twenty seconds may not sound like much, but that's as long as it takes to belt out a full version of the ABCs."
Nas minhas pesquisas eu encontrei um possível significado para a sigla (em inglês):

Mas na verdade eu não tenho certeza se se trata da mesma coisa e não consegui encontrar um equivalente para o português. Agradeço alguma ajuda.

ABCs - Usado em Inglês Americano como forma fácil de dizer a palavra 'Alphabet'.
