Englisch Begriff oder Satz: lick my boot

Two people are having an argument. Then, one of them (first speaker) apologizes and the other (second speaker) accepts the apology. After that, the first speaker says "lick my boot" and they go back to the argument, because the second speaker sounds very upset again...
Any idea of what it means?

that's what we say in Brazil. My hunch is that the translation for this phrase in particulat depends heavily on the context, on what the speaker implied or what he was trying to get at. I'm not sure I'd go with the "mirror" translation (either dar graxa OR puxar o saco) as it seems that the speaker was trying to pick a fight or give the other a hard time. Just a thought...
